PRE-TREATMENT

CHIEF COMPLAINT:  Narrow Arch & significant overjet (horizontal incisor overlap) Patient had a 13 mm overjet.  This is significant because the finished result should be two-three mm.  Over 99% of the malocclusions (bad bites) treated are better than this.
Facial Profile – Recessed chin
Skeletal Problems – Protruding upper jaw
Dental Problems – Severe horizontal overlap
– Omega ( Ω )shaped arches

PATIENT #1: COMPLETION OF PHASE I
PROGRESS
Facial:  The recessed Chin is better!
Dental:  The 1st molar relationships have been corrected and the horizontal overlap is better.  The omega  (Ω) shaped arches have been expanded.

PATIENT #1:  POST-TREATMENT
Facial Profile: Looks normal
Skeletal: Measurements are within normal range. Overjet changed from 13 mm to 2mm.
Dental: The Patient and her Dentist think the smile & bite is great! Finished over 14 years ago and still looks great!
